HARRODS | App & Website Page Design
I currently design and build intuitive, user-friendly pages for the Harrods app (and previously harrods.com), turning content briefs into seamless digital experiences. Each page is shaped by strong UX practice, balancing brand and customer needs - whether the aim is driving sales or delivering clear, informative content

Bringing Harrods
News & Events to life
Tasked with designing and building the News & Events page for the new Harrods app, the goal was to translate the desktop experience into a concise, mobile-first design. The challenge lay in balancing a content-heavy brief with a limited set of CMS modules, prioritising the user journey and content optimisation

Creating the digital home for H beauty On Tour
I designed and built the H beauty On Tour Bus page for Harrods.com, creating a responsive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile. I mapped the user flow, built the page within the CMS, and designed supporting graphics that aligned with the wider campaign creative. The tour bus tickets sold out within a week and before all the events began
Harrods App homepage
I design and refresh the Harrods App homepage each week, working closely with content managers to deliver the first stop in the premium digital journey
Striving for more
I have been working on an ongoing project centred on improving the Harrods app experience. I identify and troubleshoot key module issues, evaluate their impact, and help prioritise development to ensure the app continues to deliver a best-in-class luxury e-commerce experience

Editorial storytelling continued…
Further examples of editorial stories I wireframed, designed, and built for Harrods.com. I also contributed on set at campaign shoots, guiding photographers and art directors to ensure assets aligned with my wireframed concepts
